Llenrock Group secured $22,000,000 in financing on behalf of the owner of 101-111 Greene Street in New York City’s SoHo submarket. The 15,000-sq. ft. retail/office property hosts a number of high-end tenants, including Perry Ellis Menswear, Taschen America, Tous USA, Blu Element, and Christian Dior. Llenrock Group advised its client in securing a 15-year, fixed-rate loan at 4.25% from an institutional life and pension advisor.
