Owned in a partnership between a real estate developer serving as an equity partner, and Flagship Management, the property’s largest tenant, the Flagship Corporate Center, at the time of the refinancing, was downtown Media’s largest office building. Ownership sought to dissolve the partnership with one partner buying out the other. In order to successfully accomplish this, they needed to pull out the remaining equity through refinancing the property. With strong cash flow and a healthy tenant mix, we were able to find ownership several banks willing to compete for the business, and got our client the best rate and terms possible in the marketplace.
