After a promising Black Friday turnout, we wanted to look at the bigger picture. Cushman & Wakefield recently released its report titled “Main Streets Across the World 2017.” We took a deep dive into the report and put some findings into the infographic below.
Some interesting findings:
- Upper 5th Ave in New York City remains the most expensive street in the world
- Europe has the most positive 2018 retail outlook with only a 10% market decline
- The outlook for Americas appears to be in trouble with a 52% market decline
- Flagships still are playing an important role in many urban markets
