Starting today, we will be featuring a new bi-weekly feature series by one of Llenrock Group’s Principal’s David Weinstein.  Every other week, he will tackle some of the real questions that real estate operators and financiers are asking themselves, and others on a consistent basis.

Before joining Llenrock, Mr. Weinstein served as a Vice President of Foreign Exchange trading at JPMorgan Chase, where he was responsible for managing up to $500 million of emerging market risk on a daily basis. Before that, he was with a private multi-family and hotel family office investor. There Mr. Weinstein was instrumental in the acquisition of more than $500 million of real estate, resulting in ownership of more than 15,000 multi-family units and 2,000 hotel rooms for the firm. Mr. Weinstein works out of Llenrock Group’s Manhattan office.
