8. News Corp Building – $1.52 billion

7. Travelers Complex – $1.58 billion

6. MetLife Building – $1.72 billion

5. Worldwide Plaza – $1.74 billion

4. 666 Fifth Ave – $1.8 billion

3. Rockefeller Center – $1.85 billion

2. GM Building – $2.8 billion

1. Stuyvesant Town – $5.3 billion

This week’s list is somewhat uniform. It is evident that Manhattan dominates in terms of location. As far as property use, the majority of the deals are office space, with only one residential building making the list.
