About the Author
Dave Jacobs joined Llenrock Group as Director in January 2009. Mr. Jacobs is responsible for sourcing new business, capital markets advisory, deal structuring and financing on behalf of clients. He is also responsible for the operation and marketing of the Llenrock Blog. Prior to joining Llenrock, Mr. Jacobs was a commercial real estate broker in the Greater Philadelphia area, most recently serving as Senior Associate with Grubb & Ellis Company’s Institutional Investment Group, where he exclusively listed/sold over half a million square feet of office product. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, he served as an Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office where he sold an array of properties for both private and corporate clients, setting benchmark price per square foot figures on their behalf.
Mr. Jacobs writes the Philly 411, a monthly column for GlobeSt.com regarding all the latest commercial real estate happenings in Philadelphia. He is also the author of several published articles for the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, Scotsman’s Guide, and Commercial Insight (a quarterly newsletter published by First American Title Insurance Company). Mr. Jacobs also currently teaches a Capital Markets course for Tri-State Commercial Realtors Alliance’s continuing education program. Mr. Jacobs received a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
